Using BannerVanta
BannerVanta connects participating website owners through a banner exchange. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and have authority to use each submitted website and advertisement. By registering, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and submitted content
Keep your credentials secure. You remain responsible for your website, banner rights, destination pages and activity performed through your account. You grant the service permission to store, display and distribute your submitted banners and public profile information to operate and promote the exchange. You retain ownership of your content.
Credits and delivery
Credits are internal exchange units, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. Starter credits are granted once per eligible account when its first site is approved under the network rules. Eligible views earn and spend credits at the configured rate. Own-site banners are excluded from that site's placements. Another website owned by the same member may participate. Administrator house sites may advertise without a positive credit balance. Traffic, clicks, rankings, sales and availability are not guaranteed.
Referrals and partnerships
A referral reward requires a new referred account's first site to have verified ownership, approval, an approved banner and 100 qualified hosted views. Both accounts receive 100 credits once; the referrer needs an approved verified site. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts created for rewards are prohibited. Mutual website partnerships are public endorsements accepted by both owners; they do not change rotation weights or credit prices.
Paid plans
Review the checkout price, currency, benefits and duration before purchasing. Current plans use fixed terms. Automatic recurring billing is not implemented. Payment providers process payments under their own policies. Contact the operator about errors, refunds or disputes; this software does not automatically settle them. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires.
Review and enforcement
The operator may reject content, pause participation, remove fraudulent credits, or restrict accounts for policy violations or operational reasons. Site ownership and content may need further review after changes. Use the contact page to report a problem or request review.
Closure and availability
Account closure stops access and exchange participation. It does not automatically erase records or files. Contact the operator for a data-removal request. Maintenance, third-party outages and service changes may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or advertising results.
Changes and contact
Material policy changes will be published here. Contact the operator through the Contact page about these terms or your account.
Placement-tag enforcement
If enabled by the operator, the service checks a configured public page for an active placement tag belonging to your site. A confirmed missing tag leads to a 3-day warning, a 14-day suspension warning and site deletion after 30 days of confirmed missing time. Failed fetches are inconclusive. Deletion requires at least 16 days after delivery of the 14-day warning. Restoring the correct tag can reactivate a site suspended by the checker; administrator/manual restrictions still apply. Deleted site details and credit history are archived, and uploaded files remain for manual retention review.
