Billing Policy

This policy covers paid credits, memberships, advertising packages and other paid Bannervanta services. The checkout description, price and purchase confirmation define what you buy.

Review the product, price, currency, taxes, duration and renewal terms before authorizing payment. Promotional prices and discounts apply only as stated. Prices may change for future purchases. Changes to an existing subscription will be notified and handled as required by law and the applicable agreement.

Payments are processed through the payment provider offered at checkout. Bannervanta receives transaction and status information needed to administer the purchase. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials through support messages. We may delay activation while a payment is pending, under review, disputed or not matched to an account.

Exchange credits are platform units usable under the advertised service rules. They are not currency, deposits, investments or a cash withdrawal entitlement. Purchased credits are distinct from promotional credits, referral rewards and credits earned by hosting. Any expiry or usage limitation must be disclosed before purchase.

A package may provide banner allowances, rotation weighting or other stated features; it does not guarantee that an advertisement will receive clicks or achieve business results. A no-ads benefit, if included and enabled, may prevent the account's sites from hosting exchange ads and earning hosting credits. House or administrator exemptions are not cash balances.

A purchase is recurring only when checkout explicitly identifies it as a subscription and you authorize recurring charges. A one-time purchase does not become recurring merely because it is called Pro or a membership.

For a recurring arrangement, consult its checkout terms for charge frequency, renewal, cancellation and access duration. Cancel through the account or payment-provider controls offered for that subscription, or contact sales-at-bannervanta-dot-app for help. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed according to the applicable terms; it does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Website account closure may not cancel a provider-managed subscription. Verify cancellation with the provider and retain confirmation.

Contact sales-at-bannervanta-dot-app with the order reference for a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, incorrect amount or missing activation. Do not provide full payment details. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory law.

You retain any legal right to dispute a transaction with your provider. We may pause associated benefits while a payment is reversed or disputed and respond with truthful delivery and transaction records. Do not knowingly make false dispute claims. Any collection of legitimately owed amounts or fees must comply with law; no automatic punitive fee is imposed by this policy.

Keep your purchase confirmation and transaction reference. Confirm that the account receiving a paid benefit is the account you intended to fund. Do not send payment repeatedly merely because an automated activation is delayed; contact support first so duplicate charges can be avoided.

A payment provider's success page and Bannervanta's internal activation state may update at different times. We may need to reconcile a transaction with its order reference. A technical delay is not evidence that you should make a second purchase. Where a lawful payment is received but the promised service is unavailable, we will investigate and provide the remedy required by the purchase agreement and law.

Uploading a banner does not guarantee immediate approval, available receiving inventory or delivery at a particular time. Before purchasing, review site status, banner status, format, allowance, category restrictions and applicable adult permissions. These conditions determine eligibility; buying credits does not approve prohibited content or override a host's choice.

Package allowances and benefits are delivered as described in the selected offer. Account-wide benefits are not independently transferable to each website unless the offer expressly permits it. A manual administrator grant at zero cost is not a paid order and does not create a refundable payment. Removing an exemption or changing a plan can affect future delivery according to the applicable settings and terms.

If recurring billing is introduced or enabled, the offer must clearly disclose the recurring amount or calculation, interval, initial term, renewal behavior and cancellation method before authorization. A reference to future subscription features is not authorization to charge you.

A cancellation request should identify the account and subscription reference. We may need reasonable verification to prevent an unauthorized person from canceling another customer's service, but will not require irrelevant personal information. Keep the cancellation confirmation. If a charge occurs after a timely effective cancellation, report it for review; the ordinary post-delivery no-refund rule does not automatically excuse an erroneous renewal charge.
