Content and destinations
Submit only content you have permission to use. Websites, banners and destination pages must comply with applicable law. Do not submit malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, impersonation, scams, stolen content, threats, targeted harassment or material exploiting children. Non-consensual sexual content and sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
Adult material
Lawful adult sites must be accurately marked and remain subject to administrator review. Adult-category sites are treated as adult even if an owner clears the label. Adult banners may be served only to hosts whose owners opt in and confirm they are at least 18. Public network cards mask adult artwork. Opting in never permits prohibited material.
Honest exchange traffic
Do not use bots, auto-refresh loops, hidden placements, click farms, fabricated visitors, incentivized fake views or altered embed code to manufacture credits. Do not evade duplicate-view checks, manipulate referrals, create duplicate reward accounts or misrepresent website ownership. A placement must belong to the registered website and respect its targeting controls.
Account and infrastructure abuse
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, harvest member data, send spam, interfere with other users or overload the service. Do not publish another person's private information without authorization. Report suspected security problems privately through Contact.
Moderation and reports
The operator may review submissions, reject banners, pause sites, invalidate abusive credits, restrict accounts and investigate reports. When the operator enables placement-tag enforcement, a confirmed missing tag triggers warnings after 3 days, suspension after 14 days, and deletion of the website after 30 days of confirmed missing time. Failed checks do not count as confirmed missing time. The 14-day warning must be delivered at least 16 days before deletion. This deletes the site, not its member account. House sites and administrator exemptions are excluded. Contact the operator to report abuse or request a review. Include the affected website or banner and a concise explanation.
